Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

1. Program Bookings:

   • Cancellations made 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a 60% refund.

   • No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the program.

2. IoT Products:

   • Refunds are available for defective products reported within 3 days of delivery.

   • Products must be returned in their original condition for a refund or replacement.

3. How to Request:

   • Email your refund or cancellation request to pawan@otamation.in with the order details.
